Our nutritionist and life coach will discuss your relationship with food and help anyone with the unhealthy habit of judging both what they eat, and themselves. You will be guided on mindful eating practices to understand that every meal represents the opportunity to nourish and care for yourself. Fitness classes are suggested according to your fitness levels and a special blood-sugar balancing menu will be customized during your stay to help you move towards your goals and maintain momentum.
